Payment procedures
The purchase of goods is to be made by using PayPal to make the payment.
The Paypal transaction takes place through the electronic system provided by Paypal; at no time during the purchase process is the electronic system on the portal www.fratellicollavo.com and any member of staff able to know the Customer’s credit card number, which is provided by the Customer to the PayPal Secure Server over a protected and encrypted internet connection following current standards in the online payment market.
All amounts displayed on www.fratellicollavo.com are in Euro, which is the reference currency.
Fratelli Collavo reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g. landline telephone number, tax identification number) or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Fratelli Collavo reserves the right not to accept the order.
Delivery procedures and costs
For each order placed on www.fratellicollavo.com, Fratelli Collavo issues an electronic invoice for the material shipped and sends this to the revenue agency. The invoice shall be issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer when ordering. No changes to the invoice may be made after the invoice has been issued.
Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE for all orders over €78.00 regardless of the destination and weight of the goods, otherwise it is €13.00. Some advertising promotions may offer discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders above a certain amount as stated in the offer itself. Payment for the goods by the Customer shall be made by using Paypal, the Paypal charge will be shown as applying to the Azienda Agricola Fratelli Collavo S.S., the manager of the www.fratellicollavo.com integrated platform. No extra charge is made to the customer with respect to the total on the order.
Products shall be delivered in approximately four working days from the date of purchase in Italy. However, delivery times must be considered as indicative, as they may vary depending on the destination of the products. It is also underlined that, should Fratelli Collavo be unable to deliver within the time indicated at the time of purchase, it shall notify the Customer in a timely manner. Delivery times abroad cannot be estimated.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday – but never on public holidays – during normal office hours; for this reason, the Customer is advised to give an address where delivery of the products can be guaranteed and a telephone number to pass on to the courier. Fratelli Collavo cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery by the couriers of the goods ordered.
Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the Customer is required to check the following:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise physically affected, including with regard to the sealing (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by placing a “WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE” on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will be unable to contest the external condition of the goods delivered.
Any problems regarding the physical integrity, accuracy or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures set out in this document.
In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier’s warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address given by the Customer at the time of ordering, the order shall be automatically cancelled.
